I’m honored to share that two of my photographs, "Pierrot" and "Black Cat Energy," were selected for Pop-Up Museum50 at the Alliance for the Arts in Fort Myers! Out of 200 submissions, only 35 artists were invited to participate in this special juried exhibition curated by internationally renowned artist Marcus Jansen.

This event, celebrating 50 years of creativity in Southwest Florida, was an unforgettable experience. It was inspiring to see my work displayed alongside so many talented artists and to connect with fellow creatives and art lovers.

The Selected Works

🖤 "Black Cat Energy" – A striking self-portrait that captures the enigmatic allure of inner strength and confidence. With a black cat’s piercing gaze commanding attention and my face obscured by a glowing bulb, the composition radiates mystery and resilience, evoking the spirit of a black cat.

🎭 "Pierrot" – This emotive portrait captures the melancholy of an aging clown, forced to mask his sadness with a smile. He embodies the contrast of performing joy while quietly confronting the passage of time and the weight of unfulfilled happiness. The dramatic lighting and expressive pose invite viewers to reflect on the hidden emotions behind a performer’s facade.

A Weekend to Remember

The opening night reception on March 1 was an incredible celebration of artistic expression, with a packed gallery and an electric atmosphere. The free public viewing on March 2 allowed even more people to experience the diverse range of work on display, making the weekend truly special.

I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity and for everyone who came out to support the exhibition. Being part of Pop-Up Museum50 reaffirmed my passion for fine art photography, storytelling, and creating work that resonates on a deeper level.
